What is your turnaround time?
Most orders are fulfilled and shipped within 5–7 business days, often sooner. Turnaround time may be longer during holidays, busy seasons, or for larger custom/bulk orders.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because custom engraved items are made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right via email at info@lr-engraving.com.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for delays due to shipping. We do not have any control once the package is turned over to the shipping carrier. If you need your order by a certain date, please email us first so we can let you know if that date is possible or not.
Are you able to send me a proof before shipping out my product?
We do not send physical engraved samples before production. Digital design proofs are available upon request.

Custom Items
Are you able to create a custom item or design?
Yes. Please contact us directly for custom, wholesale, or bulk order pricing. A design fee may apply depending on the complexity of the item or artwork.
Are you able to engrave my logo?
Yes. For best results, please send your logo in black and white as a PNG, SVG, or high-resolution file. If your artwork needs cleanup before engraving, a design fee may apply.

Can you do custom Wholesale Orders?
Yes. Please contact us directly for custom, wholesale, or bulk order pricing.
Shipping
Do you ship Internationally?
At this time, shipping is only available in the United States.
Do you offer local pick up?
Yes, local pickup is available in Gardners, Pennsylvania. Please select the local pickup option at checkout. Pickup instructions will be emailed when your order is ready.
Boards
Why is the engraving on my board lighter or darker than what is shown on your website?
Because our boards are made of all natural woods, the engraving will vary depending on the specific grains of that board. Each board will be unique and one of a kind.
Do you apply any finishes to your cutting/charcuterie boards?
No, we do not apply any type of finish to our boards.
Can I place my cutting/charcuterie board in the dishwasher?
No, please only hand wash boards with warm water and a sponge using soap. Hand dry with a dish towel. Refrain from leaving the board soaking in a sink or dish pan.
Wood Cutout Products
I noticed a natural variation in my finished item. Why is that?
Each wood sheet is milled down from large pieces of lumber. Occasional imperfections such as knots, slight roughness, grain patterns, or difference in color is common with natural real wood.
